Medieval Tactical ("we") sells everyday-carry hardware at medievaltactical.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the shop.

Orders. When you buy, our payment processor collects your name, email, shipping address, and phone. Card details go directly to the processor — we never see or store them.

Accounts. If you create an account, we store your email and any name you provide.

Restock notifications. If you ask to be notified about a product, we store your email and that product.

Site analytics. We log page views with coarse, approximate location (country, state, and city) derived at our hosting edge. We do not store your IP address. A small first-party cookie lets us count returning visitors.

To process and ship orders, provide customer support, run and improve the site, and — only where you have opted in — send you marketing such as restock alerts and announcements.

We share data only with providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting), and a shipping-label and an email provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.

We use first-party cookies for the shopping cart, sign-in sessions, and counting returning visitors. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. To access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, email us and we will respond promptly.
