By using medievaltactical.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; placing an order authorizes that charge. We may cancel and refund an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock or an error is found.

Shipping timelines and rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. For returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original condition.

Our products are accessories. You are responsible for using them lawfully and safely, and for complying with all laws that apply to you. See our Compliance page.

The Medieval Tactical name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Medieval Tactical is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
